Dharma & CultureTwo Sufis Made Babur Vow to Demolish Ram Janmabhoomi Temple

Before invading India, Babur had entered India in the disguise of a Sufi qalandar. Posing as a qalandar, he even met the Sultan of Delhi, Sikandar Lodi. He also went to Ayodhya, where two fakirs (Sufis) extracted a pledge from him that if he demolished the Shri Ramjanmabhoomi temple and built a mosque there, he would receive the blessings of the fakirs.
Such are these so-called Sufi fakirs!
Later, when Babur established control over North India, he fulfilled his pledge in Ayodhya. In the inscription on the Babri Masjid built at his command, Babur was referred to as "Babur Qalandar", that is, a Sufi fakir, and there was mention of the Babri Masjid being built by his commander Mir Baqi on Babur's order.
The grave of the fakir who instigated Babur to demolish the Shri Ramjanmabhoomi temple was also built right beside the Babri Masjid, in which the remnants of the temple were used.
Aurangzeb’s granddaughter recorded that Aurangzeb destroyed the fortress of Ramkot (within which lay Shri Ramjanmabhoomi) and built mosques in Awadh, Mathura, and Banaras. Aurangzeb razed Ramkot; the Shri Ramjanmabhoomi temple had already been demolished by Babur.
In Ayodhya, besides the Shri Ramjanmabhoomi temple, there were four other ancient temples. Historians say that one was washed away into the Saryu; of the second, no trace can be found; and the Shri Ramjanmabhoomi temple along with two others were converted into mosques. The Shri Ramjanmabhoomi temple was turned into a mosque by Babur, and the other two by Aurangzeb. In Ayodhya, bathing in the Saryu was prohibited, and apart from small private temples, the construction of temples was banned.
However, in 1717 CE, Raja Jai Singh of Jaipur purchased the entire land of the Shri Ramjanmabhoomi temple, or Babri Masjid, in the name of Ram Lalla, along with numerous other Hindu pilgrimage sites. Since then, legally, the Hindus have a right to that land.
Attached is a map of the Shri Ramjanmabhoomi site from the era of the Babri Masjid—dating to 1950, which was submitted to the Faizabad court:
When the suit was heard in the Allahabad High Court, numerous Hindu secular "independent experts" testified in favor of the Babri Masjid, whereupon the court observed that they were not "independent" but rather part of a cabal and tell lies; this is why this time, such a cabal of secular "independent experts" could not show their mettle in the Supreme Court, as the court granted them no opportunity to stage their drama. It is necessary to mention that in 1949, Jawaharlal Nehru had ordered the removal of the murti (sacred icon) of Ram Lalla from the disputed precinct, which the Ram-bhakt District Magistrate, K. K. K. Nayar, refused to obey—whereupon Nehru dismissed him.
It was solely because of Mr. Nayar that from 1949 onward, Muslims were barred from entering within a 200-meter radius of the Babri Masjid, while Hindus were granted liberty to enter inside and perform puja (worship)—even Nehru, witnessing the outrage of Hindus, could not muster the courage to revoke this order. Following his dismissal, he joined the Bharatiya Jana Sangh.
Following the demolition of the Babri structure, numerous leftist historians like Ram Sharan Sharma wrote that there had never been a temple there—archaeological excavations had also taken place in 1970 and 1992, which they ignored; the final excavation occurred in 2003, which was the most extensive. Secularists and jihadis have never accepted the evidence. Therefore, a "final" resolution of the dispute through compromise is impossible. Rights are not gained by begging. Ramji did not go begging to Ravana; his devotees too should not beg from the devotees of Ravana.
