Dharma & CultureWhen Guru Vashishtha Said Sita Ji Alone Will Rule Ayodhya

When Shri Ram, along with Sitaji and Lakshmanji, came to take permission from Dashrathji and Maharshi Vashishtha to go to the forest, the cruel Kaikeyi immediately brought valkala vastra (garments of tree bark) for all three of them. Shri Ram and Lakshmanji wore the bark garments, but when Sitaji began to wear those garments, all the women started weeping and told Shri Ram that Sitaji had not been given the order for exile; let her stay here like a queen. But Shri Ram made Sitaji wear the bark garments.
Then, seeing Devi Sitaji clad in valkala vastra, the king’s guru Vashishthaji’s heart broke and tears welled up in his eyes. Stopping Sitaji, he said to Kaikeyi..

"O perverted Kaikeyi, stepping towards adharma (ungodliness, unrighteousness) by violating maryada (righteous conduct, moral boundaries)! You are a living blot on the lineage of the king of Kekaya. Alas! Even after deceiving the king, do you not wish to remain within bounds?
O wicked woman who has abandoned sheel (good conduct, virtue)! Devi Sita will not go to the forest. This very Sita will sit upon this royal throne of Ayodhya meant for Shri Ram.
The wives of all householders are their half. In this way, Devi Sita is the soul of Shri Ram; therefore, now becoming the empress, Sitaji alone will rule over this empire in His place.
If Videhanandini (daughter of Videha) Shri Sitaji goes to the forest with Shri Ram, all of us will follow behind her. This entire city will also go. All the guards will go. Wherever Bhagwan Shri Ramachandra resides along with His wife, the people of this realm will take their wealth and go thither."
-- Valmiki Ramayana, Ayodhya Kanda, Sarga 37

Guru Vashishthaji was not as distraught at the departure of Shri Ram, but when Sitaji wore valkala, such a sthitaprajna (steadfast in wisdom) rishi wept and declared her alone as the ruler. It is laughable when left-leaning elements try to teach women's rights to such a great Sanatan Dharma.
Victory to Janakanandini Shri Sitaji
Victory to Shri Ramachandra Sarkar

Yudhishthira's Dyuta: The Esoteric Vedic Akshavidya
It is wrong to call Dharmaraja Yudhishthira a gambler. How many times in his life did Dharmaraja Yudhishthira play dyuta (the traditional game of dice)? How many times must one play to be called a vyasani (addict)? It is also wrong to call dyutavidya (the science of dice) gambling. Why did Dharmaraja Yudhishthira have to learn dyutavidya from a rishi (seer)? Why was no teacher to be found other than a rishi? Shaku...
