From the upcoming Samvat 2078, Shri Nimbark Parishad, Jaipur, in collaboration with the Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur campus, has decided to publish Rajasthan's sole Suryasiddhantic panchang (traditional almanac) 'Shri Sarveshwar Jayaditya Panchang'. For this purpose, to determine the dates of fasts, festivals, celebrations, muhurtas, etc., an 8-day Panchang Editing Workshop was organized under the joint auspices of Shri Nimbark Parishad and Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur at the Department of Jyotisha, Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur campus, from Phalguna Shukla Shasthi, 19 March 2021 to Phalguna Shukla Trayodashi, 26 March 2021.

The Panchang Editing Workshop was held under the direction of experienced panchang editing expert and Head of the Department of Jyotisha Prof. Shyamdev Mishra, wherein senior acharyas of Mukta Swadhyaya Pitha, Jyotishacharya Prof. Satishchandra Shastri, Prof. Mohanlal Sharma, Assistant Professor/Senior Teacher/Research Scholar of the Department of Jyotisha Prof. Vijendra Sharma, Dr. Rameshwar Dayal Sharma, Dr. Neeraj Trivedi, Dr. Bhojraj Sharma, Dr. Amit Tiwari, along with Pt. Amit Sharma and Pt. Purushottam Sharma of Shri Nimbark Parishad, carried out the editing work of Shri Sarveshwar Jayaditya Panchang through minute analysis based on shastras such as Dharmasindhu, Nirnayasindhu, and Muhurta Chintamani.

For the extensive task of panchang editing, the action plan for the Panchang Editing Workshop was formulated by Shri Nimbark Parishad, Jaipur, and Acharya Prof. Mohan Lal Sharma after consultations with Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur campus Director Prof. Arknath Choudhary, Jyotishacharya Prof. Satishchandra Shastri, and the University's Head of the Department of Jyotisha Prof. Shyamdev Mishra. Numerous scholars from Jaipur and across the country participated to give this sole Suryasiddhantic panchang of Rajasthan an authoritative form. The Suryasiddhantic mathematical derivations for the panchang's construction based on Jaipur's latitudes were done by Acharya Vinay Jha, and valuable cooperation was received from Dr. Kameshwar Upadhyay, Akhil Bharatiya Vidvat Parishad, Varanasi.

Prof. Satishchandra Shastri, Chief Editor of the Panchang, stated that: "For a long time, a deep desire had taken root in my mind that a panchang based purely on the Surya Siddhanta should be published. Therefore, today, I experience boundless joy regarding the decision of Shri Nimbark Parishad, Jaipur, to publish the Suryasiddhantic "Shri Sarveshwar Jayaditya Panchang" and the Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur campus, undertaking its editing work. Samvatsar itself is Prajapati, 'सम्वत्सर एव प्रजापतिः' (Shatapatha, 1.6.3.5). Time (Kala) is the lord of all (Sarveshvara) and even the father of Prajapati: "कालो ह सर्वस्येश्वरो यः पितासीत् प्रजापतेः" (Atharva 19.53.8). Lord Shri Krishna has referred to Himself in the Gita as the imperishable time "अहमेवाक्षयः कालः". Bearing the name of Shri Krishna, who is time personified and the lord of all, this panchang is becoming a cause for the victory of Lord Surya (Aditya)."

Chief Editor of the Panchang Prof. Satishchandra Shastri, Managing Editor Prof. Mohanlal Sharma, Editor Prof. Shyamdev Mishra, and Prof. Vijendra Sharma, Dr. Neeraj Trivedi, and Dr. Amit Tiwari during the Panchang Editing Workshop held at Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur campus.

Speaking on the occasion, panchang Editor and Head of the Department of Jyotisha Prof. Shyamdev Mishra said that: "When the idea of creating this panchang was conceived, it was decided by the advisors that since the said panchang was to be published by an institution like 'Nimbark Parishad' which bears the banner of Sanatan Dharma, the basis of planetary calculations would also be the Surya Siddhanta, which nurtures the Sanatan tradition. Therefore, the mathematical calculations of 'Shri Sarveshwar Jayaditya Panchang' have been formulated keeping the Suryasiddhantic calculations as the foundation. Among the prominent panchangas currently in circulation, the Kashi Hindu University's 'Vishvapanchangam' is also a Suryasiddhantic tradition panchang. This panchang has been prepared for the latitude of Jaipur. Important subjects such as marriage muhurtas, eclipse details, etc., which are provided in currently published panchangas, have all been included in this panchang. However, its distinguishing feature is that, apart from the time determinations and procedural knowledge regarding all fasts, festivals, and celebrations renowned in Sanatan society, it also gives special mention to fasts and festivals associated with Rajasthani culture, which makes this panchang immensely useful for society."

Suicidal Flaws in Countering Sarvadharmasamabhava

Over the past 90 years, the rise of the politics of Muslim appeasement has caused immense damage to Indian culture. By equating 'Ali, Maula, Allah' with Ishvara (the Supreme Godhead), pseudo-secularism has paralyzed our core spiritual and cultural consciousness. Even from a definitional perspective, 'religion' and 'mazhab' (confessional faith) are distinct from dharma (righteous duty and cosmic order)—
