Prof. Mohanlal Sharma, managing editor of the panchang, honoring the editor-in-chief, Prof. Satishchandra Shastri, with a shawl.
The editor-in-chief of the panchang, Shri Satishchandra Shastri, stated that it had been a desire of many years to see a Surya-siddhanta-based panchang published in the state in accordance with dharma shastra, a wish that has now been fulfilled. He explained to the audience the precision of predictions derived from horoscopes and dasha-antardasha calculations prepared using Surya-siddhanta mathematics.
Prof. Arkanath Choudhary, Director of the Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur Campus, stated, "Since ancient times, the determination of fasts, festivals, and auspicious timings has consistently been performed through Surya-siddhanta calculations, which our ancestors utilized in panchang construction until just a few decades ago. Over the past 20-30 years, because panchangs have been constructed using modern mathematical methods, numerous difficulties have arisen in determining fasts and festivals, leading to a situation of dual festival dates that has caused considerable confusion among the general public. To eliminate this inconsistency, after consulting scholars from Jaipur, Kashi, Vrindavan, and Mithila, it was decided to publish this panchang using Surya-siddhanta calculations. Fasts observed out of season yield no spiritual fruit. This matter has been clarified within the panchang by Acharya Shri Gangadhar Pathak, the chief priest who officiated the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi shila pujan in Ayodhya."
During the panchang editing workshop held at the Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur Campus: Editor-in-Chief Prof. Satishchandra Shastri, Managing Editor Prof. Mohanlal Sharma, Editor Prof. Shyamdev Mishra, along with Prof. Vijendra Sharma, Dr. Neeraj Trivedi, and Dr. Amit Tiwari.
The editor-in-chief of this panchang, Acharya Shri Satishchandra Shastri, Shastra-Chudamani at CSU, Jaipur, is a senior authoritative scholar of astrology and panchang mathematics who has executed a shastra-compliant editing of the panchang. The mathematician for this Surya-siddhanta panchang, Acharya Shri Vinay Jha, is an unparalleled scholar of Saura-paksha calculations. Alongside this, Acharya Shri Kameshwar Upadhyay, general secretary of the All India Vidwat Parishad based in Kashi, provided unforgettable cooperation.
Playing a highly commendable role in editing this panchang was Prof. Shyamdev Mishra, Head of the Department of Jyotisha, Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur Campus, under whose skilled leadership editorial board members Dr. Vijendra Sharma, Dr. Neeraj Trivedi, and Dr. Rameshwar Dayal Sharma completed this arduous task. Additionally, notable contributions to the creation of this panchang were made by Dr. Amit Tiwari, senior ritual fellow, Prakrit, and Dr. Bhojraj Sharma, guest faculty in astrology.
In the organization of the panchang's creation, a critically important role as managing editor was played by the dharma shastra expert Acharya Shri Mohan Lal Sharma, Shastra-Chudamani at the CSU, Jaipur Campus. "The Shri Nimbark Parishad took up the resolve for this yajna in the form of panchang creation, while the Department of Jyotisha at the Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur Campus, assumed the responsibility for its more profound editing work."

Suicidal Flaws in Countering Sarvadharmasamabhava
Over the past 90 years, the rise of the politics of Muslim appeasement has caused immense damage to Indian culture. Even from a definitional perspective, 'religion' and 'mazhab' (confessional faith) are distinct from dharma (righteous duty and cosmic order)—
